Section 16
Sending a copy of the lease acknowledgment to the book understanding center
In accordance with this Act, the contractor in the contract settled on behalf of the Government of Nepal must send a formal copy of the acceptance or the customs acceptance to his book understanding center within seven days of accepting the lease or taking the customs clearance.
